I love the ease of use, the large screen and the many applications that are so easy to use. I wish I had switched from a windows computer to an Mac before this. Highly recommend.

Work, excel, and PP. if you don’t need constant updates I prefer to buy the software once. I was renting but decided to buy the pack. Microsoft may have some less expensive packages for students, etc.

Best Buy installed it on my new laptop computer purchased at Best Buy along with a one-year Geek Squad service agreement. Quick and easy. There was nothing to figure out and the agreement covers any questions that may arise!

There are a number of changes from my old version which were not in my mind an improvement. Microsoft wants to sell ist products and linking to my Dropbox account was a pain as is being forced to use Yahoo email. Also really pushing AI.

I am more than satisfied with both the product and the buying experience. The software is exactly what I needed—Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote all in one package, with a one-time license that means no monthly fees. Installation was smooth, and the programs run flawlessly on my new computer.
