MS Office has always been user-friendly compared to most free software. I only wish that it's not so expensive considering that the updates/upgrades from the previous version is minimal.

Microsoft's Office and Home for Mac is the only program that is perfect for Students. While most of Microsoft programs require monthly/annual payments, I really can't see a college student doing that.

I recently bought the Microsoft Office package (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) from Best Buy for my MacBook, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. I was honestly expecting a bit of a hassle with installation or activation especially since I’ve had mixed experiences in the past but this was totally straightforward. Right after checkout, Best Buy gave me a receipt with a digital product key printed on it. I followed the simple instructions, went to the Microsoft website, entered the key, and within minutes I had full access to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the rest of the Office suite on my Mac. The apps feel smooth, responsive, and very Mac-friendly.

Great deal!!! It’s a great version for home, schools, students and businesses that don’t require advanced online features which can be quite expensive. The best part, no annual subscriptions.

I recently purchased an HP laptop for both student use and a home office. It works exactly as expected. I have been buying HP laptops for years, and they continue to be reliable and consistent in performance.

We were slow to get moving on our new computer due to things we had to finish up on our old one and a vacation soon after we purchased it. We are very satisfied with the computer as well as with the new windows app. We did have a big issue though as we found we had many viruses infecting it. We didn’t know that the antivirus protection hadn’t been installed. We thought that had been done when we met with the geek squad. We ended up calling what they said was the Best Buy geek squad that came out of HoustonTX. We ended up paying $250 for the antivirus and 2 yrs geek assistance. Although the fellows that assisted us were very helpful and knowledgeable, I’m thinking this should not have been necessary. I have always been very impressed with the customer service of Best Buy but is is a bit tainted right now.

After buying a brand new MacBook Pro at Best Buy, I decided to add Microsoft Office, which I have always found helpful in creating my documents, letters, and spreadsheets. Initially, there was a glitch in carrying this task out on my computer when trying to upload and open the program, but one savvy manager at the Leominster Best Buy, carried out this time consuming task without complaint, Amazingly, he even kept up with the line of people waiting for technical help, serving every single one of us by the time I left the store. I find that the staff at Best Buy cares about customer satisfaction, and that is why I always return to access my technical needs. Enough said!
