Exactly what I needed

I see where they're trying ti go the way of an annual 365 membership which I don't want. I literally just want to be able to have fully capable word documents and excel spreadsheets on my computer. Nothing more, nothing less. And for that, this fits the bill.

Poor Customer Service

Luckily we purchased through Best Buy and their Geek Squad was able to assist.

Not as easy to install as I thought it would be

You can only put it on one. This should be explained on the card I purchased. I took it to Best Buy Geek Squad to load it and they had a problem loading it so told me to call back to where I had purchased it to get a new code. When I got home I verified the code again and it was correct so I tried again and it worked. Not sure what happened there. Some of these issues are maybe more of a Best Buy problem than the Microsoft product itself, not sure.
