    All of the Geek Squad members who have helped me have been remarkably efficient& effective, but Squad member Stone is a wizard!!! Hei's knowledgable, personable, quick & remarkably effective. Stone fixed my computer problems ... AND provided very valuable advice about selecting a new printer

    Microsoft office seems to have bugs in it. When in a spreadsheet, it would occasionally put out garbage in the s.sheet. Also, it seems there is a limit on the amount of special characters/graphics, when reached, it's hard to get out of it because there's no mechanism to get out safely! It seems like the users are "thoroughly testing" this software!!

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
