    I had some trouble loading this option as the computer INSISTS I get with the Office 365 version instead. The product does not have Publisher anymore, and I miss that. But I did not want to pay a monthly fee for the 365 version - I want most of my stuff to stay on my hard drive.

    Purchased to replace a Home and Student version from 2012 lost in PC crash. Microsoft added a bunch of seemingly unneeded stuff into the Office 2021 programs that just seems to add steps and mouse clicks into using the programs. Still a good product. My old Office files seem to have made the transition OK. I have no desire to save my financial and personal files to their cloud or share them with others.

    Glad I was able to purchase this for a good deal with a black Friday sale. I see where they're trying ti go the way of an annual 365 membership which I don't want. I literally just want to be able to have fully capable word documents and excel spreadsheets on my computer. Nothing more, nothing less. And for that, this fits the bill.
