    I was told when I purchased it I could load it on my new and old computer but that is not the case. You can only put it on one. This should be explained on the card I purchased. I took it to Best Buy Geek Squad to load it and they had a problem loading it so told me to call back to where I had purchased it to get a new code. When I got home I verified the code again and it was correct so I tried again and it worked. Not sure what happened there. Some of these issues are maybe more of a Best Buy problem than the Microsoft product itself, not sure.

    I ha;d been using Microsoft Office for serveral years and it works well. Becasue I purchased a new computer recently, I had to purchase Microsoft 2021 and it has most every feature that makes it work well. I espeially enjoy the grammar and spell check which is fantastic.
