It’s a great laptop…easy to maneuver through the different topics and pages! I haven’t really used it as much as I need to…a lot of surprises are waiting for me!!! Thank you

The first set of registratiuon codes did not work. I had to go back to the store and the Geek Squad was very helpful in reimbursing me for the original software and made sure that the replacement code and software loaded properly. Thank you Geek Squad!

Up and running fine. An easy install, word works great.

We were using windows 8, and found this to be an easy transition. So much better than we were concerned about. And you can load on other devices, the money is well worth it.

If it wasn't for Nick at the Baldwin store, I would never patronize Best Buy again. Nick was the only IT person who knew what he was doing. He understood my needs and the problems that the previous agent did to my laptop. He would always keep me posted. I thank Nick immensely.

I first bought a (Surface Pro) laptop 15 years ago. This recent purchase to replace it is too "helpful" with too many options at various stages of developing manuscript.

Excellent Apps, especially if you don't like using the on line version. Just wish it came with Outlook... :-(

I do a lot of excel and word documents, and I have a lot of old documents from old computer that I downloaded.

Make my job easy and I can practice as many time I want school practice. Add of all is practical the instalation

I actually opted out of this one because it did not include publisher or outlook. Instead, I purchased Microsoft 365 Personal since it included those two. It's still only for 1-person and an annual fee. IF I am going to pay might as well have all that you can get. Had to call Geek Squad to assist with the setup because it wasn't sending emails.

It is important to purchase it while you ordered you laptop cause it will be useless when you need to use word or excel and power point. If you don’t purchase it , they will get you later. It’s a must and convenience when you own a laptop.

Needed quick access for Microsoft on my wife’s laptop, so stopped at Best Buy! They gave me step by step directions on how to go about the install. Really easy and reliable

It was installed into the lap top, that I got a few weeks earlier, by the tech squad. He also set up multiple items in the way I’m familiar with. Very happy with Office, tech squad and lap top!!

Just enough software to get up and running again. If all you need are the minimums this is perfect. I don't use the other stuff & glad i didn't have to pay for it.

I'm not a huge fan of the subscription model for Office, especially since I only use Word, Excel, and PowerPoint anyways. So I was glad to see I could just buy the things I need most outright.

Needed Excel. Works good, easy down load. Everything we needed.

trouble setting it up, to work on new computer, need help

My son had a couple of projects to do and needed a reliable program to write and store his information and this is just the right fit. Nothing too extravagant but everything that is necessary for him.
