Great product! I always use Microsoft Office Home and students for my documents. Easy to edit and change font and size.

Everything worked as advertised. Customer service was great set up. I had any worries to contact them no problem.

Perfect for home use. Has everything you could need, word, spreadsheet and power point, and there is no annual prescription charge. It doesn't come with outlook, or other email, but with gmail, or Yahoo or other free email accounts, there really is no need to buy it.

It was easy to set up and the code is on your receipt too and there is a number to call if you have any questions or problems trying to set it up

This Microsoft - Office and Student version serves all my needs. I am a retired mathematics educator that is involved in numerous organizations and I do numerous volunteer projects.

No problems getting and downloading. However, I think computer came with newer version. Saw that message somewhere.

Lots of useful features but the only way to access "mailings" if you want to just print and envelope is to select something to print and then the "mailings" heading appears and you can then go into "envelopes." An internet search shows that this is a common compaint for other users and is the reason for the four star rating.

Our office needed MS Office software in a pinch and best buy is one of the only credible businesses that offer a downloadable version that is quick and easy.

This was exactly what we needed as we didnt want to have to pay an annual fee. Would definitely recommend if you only need on one device.

Purchase this Microsoft Office when I bought my laptop. I had a really old version of Microsoft. Took me a while to get use to it. lol

Microsoft office home & Student 2021 (1 Device) Mac OS Windows - Excellent performance

This version of Office fit my needs well. I don't care for online versions of software and this was the only Office release that I could find that resided on my PC. I had been using Office 2007 and figured it was time to upgrade. In my mind, the only negative thing about this version of Office is that it does not include Access.

This is a great one time purchase for the person who only wishes to use word, excel, and powerpoint offline. Its perfect for my needs. Kinda sucks that it went on sale for $30 off a day after I blught it though.

Overall I have been satisfied. However I thought it included Outlook but it did not. However the Geek Squad assisted me in resolving the issue by accessing Emails differently.

I purchased a laptop and this Microsoft office which was listed as a option to buy just below the laptop. I purchased it only to find out it is not compatible. On 8 Dec 2024 after spending 2.5 hours being transferred around I spoke with four different people, Dan in Primary Support, Adrienne in Billing, and AJ & Mike in Digital Download. I was told I would receive a full refund to my original method of payment (I have the emails from [email protected] and [email protected] confirming this). On 18 Dec 2024 I spoke with Shantell (not sure of her dept) she again assured me I would get my refund back on my credit card. On 24 Dec 2024 I received an email from Mitch who advised I would be given a store credit as my refund. I have emailed screenshots of the supporting documentation along with the above names and case ID#’s and now no one is responding to me. I would like my money refunded to the original method of payment per your employees and emails ASAP! Thank you!

Everyone needs Microsoft Office & do Not want a subscription. Best Buy had the best software options & price. Great options Best Buy
