I finally had to breakdown and buy this. I grew tired of using LibreOffice. I didn’t want to pay the yearly subscription for Office 365 so I got this one. I really wish they didn’t limit this to only one device. That’s the only downside.

This item was installed on my laptop because of repairs that had to be completed. As always Best Buy provided excellent customer service. Skyler is an OUTSTANDING employee and she goes above and beyond to help customers.

I like this as I needed it to load my previous items on Word and Excell. Only problem is some of my previous Word items are from a very OLD word, But thats okey as I still can look at them but can't revise them.

installation was quite simple - and relatively quick

I'm glad that buying a one-time Microsoft office software is still available. I personally don't find annual subscriptions convenient or affordable.

I bought this when it was on sale. It was so easy to download and fire up. I am not the most tech savvy however, I made sure I took at least 30 minutes of quiet time to focus on this to make I get it right.

I was using open office and it was crashing all the time with Windows' 11. Word works.

Purchased this for updates and protection for wife’s new laptop replacement as damaged her old one. Preferred to be safe than sorry and fully worth it!

Frustrated that this product automatically converted to an online version. Took some major research to figure out how to use it as an offline version.

Was not expecting to buy this item. The software is not included like with my previous computer but it was effortless to purchase. No time to install had the geek squad do the honors.

This is a must program for homes and professional documents.

Everyone of the 'agents' I worked with on getting my mouse and keyboard working, the security software installed, and the downloading of Office completed were professional, polite and knowledgeable. I was very impressed and satisfied. Thank you. EZ

Had to upgrade which is always a something to fret but the new version is great and easy to navigate.

I just completed my fourth session with members of the Geek Squad. Terrifically fine experience. They were all exceptionally patient, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely pleasant. I did not expect to receive this level of "superior service"! What a joy.

Always purchase this with a new computer. Use Xcel and Word.

I already had this. Was not aware it would carry over so an item i purchased downloaded and didnt need. No refund

this program is not as flexible as the older versions. It requires me to save my information on One Drive. I haven't figured out how to work around that. So far, I am not able to print directly without saving to a file. Still learning. Thank goodness I have the older version on another computer for the transition.

Does what I needed it to do. Just wish it was cheaper.

Only needed word and excel, so this was a great option with no monthly fee and a lot cheaper than other options.

Yep it's Microsoft office. Worked great until my wife spilled soda on the laptop then I only had the license for one computer
