    This costs $149.00 and Microsoft does not bother to state anywhere on the packaging, "SAVE YOUR SALES RECEIPT - IT CONTAINS A CODE YOU MUST HAVE TO BE ABLE TO INSTALL THIS PRODUCT!!!" Good Luck if you were not able to read Microsoft's mind before you walk out of the store! Once you have this on board, Microsoft will bug you endlessly to pay some more and install Microsoft 360. This has no bells and whistles just to be able to do very basic functions AND it's the 2021 version! This is 2023 folks. Not worth the money, but then whose competing with Microsoft????????

    It was quite different from my previous versions and I found it a bit awkward to save documents on my computer without having to save it to the cloud first which will probably eventually require me to pay a monthly fee for storage. I do enjoy the voice dictation feature and many of the other features that is has.

    My last laptop had Microsoft Office Home & Student 2016 and never had any issues. The 2021 version is great and I expect will last the lifetime of my new laptop.

    I had to return a computer because it was defective and when I returned it they told me this product could be reloaded to my exchanged computer a month after I bought it. It didn't work and I went through Geek squad and Microsoft. I ended up having to buy another card which was another 150.00. This was ridiculous and I am very disappointed with the service I received from the old man who advised me incorrectly initially at the Brandon store. He's very old and speaks very highly of himself. I'm sure anyone will know his name. I will not be shopping there again. I bought two new computers in less than a month and nobody ever even tried to refund the money to me after spending well over 3K.
