I love Microsoft office but I had and continue to have issues with my new Microsoft office on my new computer. I purchased this version strictly for I don't want to pay a subscription that you now are required to buy with 365 office. It's impossible to get anyone from Microsoft on the phone to help troubleshoot issues resulting in having to go to geek squad.

great service; the floor girl to the cord out of the box; it was the wrong cord in the box so we were able to get the electronic adapter for my computer; the extra step saved me a trip back;

Purchase was easy, and I got the key delivered to my email address in less than 5 minutes. Registered the already installed product with no issues

I am still some old school of owning the software and not paying a fee each year to use. I don’t use every day, so paying a one time fee fits me. I would like to get updates. Will find out

So far so good. I was on the fence whether to purchase this or the 360. For my limited usage this was the best choice.

Good product but the sending of written content doesn’t save as typed on original.This creates more work to print a copy

I bought this since I’m working on my B.S. in healthcare administration. I have to write a lot of papers and this helps me to edit my papers to the proper format.

It's Microsoft office, that's about all I can say, what's frustrating is that Microsoft keeps trying to push 365 despite these program was really all I needed.

Geek Squad Installed, good value, operates as expected. Cloud storage raised havoc, kept locking up the computer, I disabled cloud, and then all was good.

Love our new computer and Microsoft Office! Marco did a great job explaining and installing it all to us.

So happy to have this program on my Mac. Have PCs at work and like the familiar program at home.

I don't like that it makes me go on the internet every time I want to use it. I'm having a hard time navigating it and I miss the days where you could just us a software CD.
