Did not transfer everything, had to give to a local pro , but it all worked out . Part of it was the old laptop

The Microsoft Office Home & Student works well. I use PCs at work which use the Office Suite. Only have Macs at home so needed to add Office to work at home on my files. The only program missing is Access. It is not offered on Apple Computers. If you use Microsoft Office applications but want the convenance of a Mac computer the this is the product for you.

Easy to purchase. The download key came almost immediately to my email along with the confirmation email from Best Buy including instructions for installation. Very pleased with this purchase from Best Buy.

I bought this Microsoft item from Best Buy, and Downloaded it onto a new MacBook I purchased on the same day. I was told I could not open the Microsoft application due to an inability to change the password because of a system crash that occurred within their network. Neither Best Buy or Microsoft would grant me a refund on my purchase. When attempting to contact Microsoft, my call would be answered by someone in another country who would repeatedly hang up the call? Are they being paid and instructed to do this, hmm?.. Its possible! Frustrating, that we the consumers are seemingly the ones held hostage financially by corporations that continue to plunder the planet for profit!

Purchased this product as per the saleperson recommendation. I asked if it could be loaded on my Ipad and he say yes it could, so I purchased the item. I then made and appointment with the Geek Squad to install the software because we wanted to use Microsoft Word on the Ipad which he did. The next day I went to use Microsoft Word and it asked me to install Microsoft Office 365. So I called and made another appointment with the Geek Squad to find out why the software I purchased and the Geek Squad installed didn't work. I was told that I should have never been sold and they should have never installed Office Home & Student on my Ipad because it was not compatable with the Apple Ipad. I then asked for a refund because Best Buy sold me the software and the Geek Squad installed it for me and never told me that the product would not work on the Ipad they sold me because the software is not compatable with the Ipad I bought the same day at the same time from the Best Buy's Greece Store. I asked for a refund and was informed that they could not refund the software because it was already installed and that I needed to call Microsoft to see if they could do something for me. The software cost me $150.00 and all they said was "the software sould not have been sold to me because it not compatable with the Apple Ipad and the Geek Squad certianly should not installed it on my Ipad and they should have told me that it would not work"

Got a new Laptop and needed to have old Laptop transferred to new one. I was told it would be about 7 days, the Geek Squad had it ready for pickup in 2 days, I was thrilled with them fixing everything so quickly!

This software can be difficult to operate. The videos to help you learn it are difficult to comprehend because they explain things way too fast.. That being said, once you figure out the commands it is Very efficient.
