MS Office has come along way since its inception. It has become a very fluid office package.

Works ok just with it didn’t come with the ms teams it’s a pain I just wanted the excel and word processor…

I am very pleased with my purchase of my Microsoft Office. The employees at Best Buy in Mansfield were very helpful.

The instructions to download arrived very soon after purchasing. It's a convenient and safe way to get your software and I am glad they kept this option and didn't move everything to the monthly subscription.

Was glad the Geek squad was available to install this for me. There were some glitches in the installation that they were able to figure out; so good idea to buy from Best Buy, so they could help with this!

Good software and decent price. Download kept stalling and I had to do things over and over. Then when you use the first application you have to go through verification/activation again. Seems like it could be easier.

I have always opted for the one-time purchase of the Office suite rather than the online, monthly option. Easy to install, update, and use.

Very comfortable tool to work, home edition is perfect

I have used Office for years and finally upgraded, from Office 97, to this version since my old Office 97 cannot load onto the newer Windows OS. I am not enthused with this version, since it is not the same Office I'm accustomed to. For one thing, I don't care to save my personal records, info, communication, etc. online via One Drive and the newer Office makes this the standard place to save documents, rather than C-drive's Documents folder. This program is just more complicated, even to open my old, saved documents from good ole Office 97. Oh, well...

Easy to operate. Like all of these switching from headphones speakers to TV speakers requires unplugging them each time, which is a hassle.

Totally worth the upfront investment. Buying and downloading Microsoft office is way easier than dealing with yearly expirations.

It took a bit of searching, had version 2010 of office.

Office Home & Student 2021 for 1 device suited my needs instead of the "family" issue. It narrowed down to the products that I use all the time instead of having products that were unnecessary for me.

Nothing works. The screen configuration changes itself whenever it wants to. I can't go immediately to the top or the bottom of any given document without having to scroll. It produces documents with no page-breaks. When I'm working in Word-perfect the documents jumps all over the page like a couple of nine-year-old-kids smoking crack and playing hopscotch at the same time. That's only the beginning --- and very little of that. I do hope you'll read this and respond and do something, but I'm perfectly confident that you won't. (I did pay for 24/7 service, and when I spoke with an individual by the name of Reyna Roja she couldn't do a thing; some investment.) If you don't make good on this mess I'll not only never make another purchase from 'Best Buy' (I mean, 'Best Buy, Worst Experience'), I'll tell all the many people I know what a miserable experience this has been. I can create and save all my documents safely on my laptop.

Fabulous! It was great that there were different Microsoft packages so you could get exactly what you wanted without paying for items you don't need. Brilliant!

Not a fan of MicroSoft products, but the software was on sale and was needed for access to Excel and Word. Much preferred over the expensive option of paying for an annual subscription.
