I finally broke down and purchased an IPAD, The salesman assured me I could run Microsoft on an IPAD — Apple IPAD 13” PRO WITH 512GB. I purchased MS Office Home 2024 with this understanding. In fact I was swayed to get the IPAD with my understanding that this would work on it. Well I just wasted a whole lot of money. Even Microsoft says that this will only work of a PC or MAC. I will try to return this.

It is important to purchase it while you ordered you laptop cause it will be useless when you need to use word or excel and power point. If you don’t purchase it , they will get you later. It’s a must and convenience when you own a laptop.

It’s a great laptop…easy to maneuver through the different topics and pages! I haven’t really used it as much as I need to…a lot of surprises are waiting for me!!! Thank you

I'm not a huge fan of the subscription model for Office, especially since I only use Word, Excel, and PowerPoint anyways. So I was glad to see I could just buy the things I need most outright.

I wanted Word on my laptop but do not use it enough to jusitfy the monthly subscription. This is the perfect program for me. Great product at a great price!

Lots of useful features but the only way to access "mailings" if you want to just print and envelope is to select something to print and then the "mailings" heading appears and you can then go into "envelopes." An internet search shows that this is a common compaint for other users and is the reason for the four star rating.

We were using windows 8, and found this to be an easy transition. So much better than we were concerned about. And you can load on other devices, the money is well worth it.

I can't imagine not having Microsoft Office on a home computer. I liked being able to purchase the download for onto my new desktop computer. This is a great option for when there is no need for the 365 bundle.

MS Office is a must have in today's world...yes there is google docs and a few other free software that does similar, but it's just not the same. This was also a perpetual license and should do the trick for another 5-7 years.

This is my first attempt at creating a PowerPoint. I'm still learning how to use it. It feels like it will be pretty easy once I figure it out.

Great for everything I use the computer for. Its not like Microsoft 365 that needs a credit card for its membership.

At this time I would not recommend the Microsoft Office products. I purchased the Office 2024 single device product and Outlook has a major functionality issue with not being able to accept meeting notifications to a calendar. Their tech. support said it’s a known issue with an update and they are working on it. It’s been three weeks with no resolution or communication about the issue. I beginning to think it’s an intentional flaw to push their users to the ongoing subscription version.

Happy to Have it included. Have not as yet even accessed it.

Needed quick access for Microsoft on my wife’s laptop, so stopped at Best Buy! They gave me step by step directions on how to go about the install. Really easy and reliable

This version of Office fit my needs well. I don't care for online versions of software and this was the only Office release that I could find that resided on my PC. I had been using Office 2007 and figured it was time to upgrade. In my mind, the only negative thing about this version of Office is that it does not include Access.

I'm not sure why anyone would pay yearly fee versus paying a one time fee. I use Word and Excel alot so buying license was the best option for me.

It certainly could be much easier to install. There are so many ways of making this more user friendly. Otherwise I could not live without Office. Unfortunately Best Buy wanted to charge to install it.
