    I "upgraded" from Excel 2007. We will see if I ultimately am satisfied with the alleged upgrade. So far, it has been a mixed bag. Some things are nice (a few of the added functions), and some things have been buggy (I have had some real troubles with the new Solver interacting with Trust Center).

    Just enough software to get up and running again. If all you need are the minimums this is perfect. I don't use the other stuff & glad i didn't have to pay for it.

    Microsoft 11 is user-friendly and I like the Edge news feed and weather updates. Google is still my primary search engine, but Bing has a lot to recommend it. It is definitely improving.

    Product is good, Microsoft support is terrible, so when you have an issue it is very difficult to get support. Luckily we purchased through Best Buy and their Geek Squad was able to assist.

    Still learning some differences from the 2013 model year. Waws explained that completed forms would carry forward when transfer done from old computer. But was surprised that the old outlook info like calendar & notes section did not transfer over, and they both had important info that now seems lost.

    I just completed my fourth session with members of the Geek Squad. Terrifically fine experience. They were all exceptionally patient, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely pleasant. I did not expect to receive this level of "superior service"! What a joy.

    Updated version is not as intuitive as old version I was used to. Some things can't be done as in older version. Not any fun trying to figure out these things and "Help" isn't. Why do they think they have to make changes when all they do is make them more difficult just to be hipper?
