It was very easy to install. I got an email with the code to save it in case I need it in the future and don’t have the receipt. It’s all I needed it to work on excel.

I really only need Wird, but might teach myself Excel at some point. It's nice to have been able to purchase this outright, and not have to subscribe.

I need to return it bc i actually have the package already.

I've never liked the prescription model of purchasing software, so kudos to those that still have a one-time-license for their products.

Microsoft student and home version was on sales with the purchase of a brand new computer, so I took advantage of that deal.

Microsoft office gets the job done right. I regularly use office for my job and it is essential for my success.

Microsoft Office installed well. Completed quickly.

The only drawback I find is that there is no physical version anymore and it can only be used on 1 computer

I was used to an older Microsoft Office Suite. I am getting used to the differences. I do not like the black background with the white text. I may need to change a setting I haven't figured out yet. I am happy to have this software regardless.

Exactly what I need. I only need Excel and Word and it has the 2 things I want/need.

Had a horrible experience. I bought this a year ago and was never told that the link had an expiration. I went to download this product I bought for $150.00 just to be told the link is no longer active. After speaking to 5 different agents and being on the phone for 1 hr 6 min. I get told that this can only be resolved if I spend an extra $39.99 to speak to a tier 2 agent. So not that this can't be resolved, but I have to spend $39.99 for it to be resolved after already spending $150.00. My other option was to spend an extra $179.99 to buy the total tech plan. Once again, after already spending $150.00 to buy this product. This is extremely disappointing service as a long time Best Buy customer. I am only saying yes to recommending the product because the issue is not the product, but Best Buy's lack of help.

Bought this for my wife’s computer. So far she thinks it’s going to work out for her needs. Of course there is a learning curve when you get something new that’s similar but different in some ways.

Best set of MS Apps that we all depend on. It's a must have set of programs that everybody uses!

I needed to update my Office. Not comfortable with monthly fees and cloud based edition. Do not see too many extra features, except for the fact that turning excel into a more color display features.

Really like my new software. No additional payments for upgrades since it will last for a long time (hopefully 10 years or more). Installed perfectly first attempt.

Buying the version of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel without having to renew each year was key.

Meets all my needs without the high price of Access data base addition
