Would recommend if you dislike office365

Dissatisfied with installation and Microsoft servi

I easnt told by BestBuy cust serv that I needed to create a separate Microsoft account if I didnt want my separate laptop to synch with my other one. It uploaded everything from my other laptop onto my new one, which was supposed to remain separate. It turned into a huge mess and getting in touch with anyobe at Microsoft is impossible. I made an appointment with the Geek Squad and they couldnt help me, so I lost time from work going to that appointment and was left without resolution. I finally called BestBuy and they were able to refund me my money and cancel the subscription. Microsoft needs to figure out a better way because their "synch" feature and customer service stink.

Good Microsoft software

Restart Word

The Best Buy Geek told me to restart it if it happens....I do that but it happens way too often and there have been times when I've had to restart it three times to get Word to work.
