program and item transfers from HP laptop to Dell

Unfortunately the techs did not make sure everything was synced. My printer will not scan to the computer, but it will receive signal from computer to print. I don't understand why this happened.

Installing on an Apple Macbook

The install failed because it was the Windows version of the product. I started a Best Buy chat talked to a geek Squad agent. The agent would help if I paid a $40..00 one time fee. I ended the chat and logged into my Microsoft account and talked their support and the problem was fixed no fee was charged. I keep this mind the next time if and when I buy something from Best Buy.

Don't click the download button until...

The email said to click the download button, so I did and it did not give me what I wanted. I now have The 365 program which requires me sign in every time I want to use Excel. I thought the download button was created with intelligence to remove all the old before installing the new. Well it did Not do that, and now I'm out over $100 because I have to remove the bad programs before I re-buy the Home 2024. Don't think the people who set up the downloads have any intelligence or care about their laziness.
