The Geek Squad did a great job in helping me get my Microsoft Software installed after several attempts with Microsoft failures. I could not be happier with the Technicians expertise and time to help me.

I had expected a DVD player as the HP computer had a bay visible in the photo. My mistake, but a disappointment with this purchase. Delivery was poorly arranged. I came to the store when told item was ready, there was no availability to have the installation performed at that time.

Purchased laptop, Home and printer. Was very happy with my purchases and Geek Walter DeShazo was on time and did a great job transferring my data and explaining everything to me.

Great directions and easy download. Product was perfect for what I wanted/needed.

I am still some old school of owning the software and not paying a fee each year to use. I don’t use every day, so paying a one time fee fits me. I would like to get updates. Will find out

It is perfect for what I need and use it for which is keeping ip with a few medical records so our primary care can see how our blood pressure is running between appointments. Also we use it for med list and other lists.

I love Microsoft Office, was hoping this was more like the professional.

I had some minor issues downloading some of the software but figured it out. Unfortunately I did not get the one that offers Outlook. It has Microsoft Outlook and it's an ancient version!

Had to get this when I bought my latest laptop. I’m glad to be able to use this office program. Very easy and user friendly

Had to upgrade which is always a something to fret but the new version is great and easy to navigate.

timeless and so much better than the free open office out there. Has some great templets for resume etc. Highly recommend this product. You only need to buy it once there is no yearly subscription.

We just installed the programs on the laptop but have not used them. The holidays delayed the use installation of the product.

Love the microsoft family of products and have been using them for years. Still old school so not confident in cloud technology so this does the trick as opposed to 365.

Should not have to buy a new product when you get a new computer. Prefer to have disks, so the program can be transfered.

This is a great product for you laptop! Was easy to download and will be helpful with documents and other projects!
