    Great hp but it could use a better way to lift the lid kind of a pain at times to get opened my last hp was pretty much the same as this one except my old hp had a backlit keyboard other than that it seems to work great.not complaining and I like the fact that it is a little lighter than my old one

    Nothing to really review it is the typical Office, hasn't been updated since 2021 but works well, I like it much better then this new google doc situation, that is too finicky to me so I prefer to pay for this to use word and excel.

    I am an Educator. I spend a lot of my own money to facilitate learning in my classroom. So having Microsoft Office Home and Student is a must. It allows me to what I need without paying a lot. I use the program to grade essays and so much more. I couldn't do my job well without it. I also recommend it to my students. Easy instructions to help you download.

    What can I say?? It's Microsoft Office, a necessity if you're doing...well, most things with your PC. I recommend buying rather than 365 (aka, renting).

    I like the laptop. It does seem to be exactly what I needed. Some of my concerns were and are with the accessories associated with this purchase. I bought a McAfee contract after the fact which Best Buy helped me with.
