It’s ok. It’s the gold standard. Eventually it will become scheduled to be obsolete with future operating systems and will lose support. Then you’ll have to buy it all over again. Unfortunately Microsoft would rather you subscribe indefinitely rather than make a one time purchase.

I purchased a laptop and this Microsoft office which was listed as a option to buy just below the laptop. I purchased it only to find out it is not compatible. On 8 Dec 2024 after spending 2.5 hours being transferred around I spoke with four different people, Dan in Primary Support, Adrienne in Billing, and AJ & Mike in Digital Download. I was told I would receive a full refund to my original method of payment (I have the emails from [email protected] and [email protected] confirming this). On 18 Dec 2024 I spoke with Shantell (not sure of her dept) she again assured me I would get my refund back on my credit card. On 24 Dec 2024 I received an email from Mitch who advised I would be given a store credit as my refund. I have emailed screenshots of the supporting documentation along with the above names and case ID#’s and now no one is responding to me. I would like my money refunded to the original method of payment per your employees and emails ASAP! Thank you!

I was using open office and it was crashing all the time with Windows' 11. Word works.

I bought this since I’m working on my B.S. in healthcare administration. I have to write a lot of papers and this helps me to edit my papers to the proper format.

If you purchase it with a computer or if you have total tech membership. But the membership details are changing soon, so this might not be valid depending when you're reading it

All the features you know. Don't fall for the online access of 360. This is a much better product.

Very easy to install on my new laptop. It gave me a product code and I entered it into my new computer. It was that easy. I like that it’s a one-time no subscription is necessary.

Purchased this for my granddaughter. This is helpful for her. Especially with homework and school projects

Works well. Disappointing that you can only install on one machine. Great for people not wanting a new subscription from Microsoft. It includes basic office software.

I love having office it helps with my schooling and now I dont have to worry about renewing each year

Windows Office applications are top rate, and great for my personal and business needs

Microsoft Office is needed no matter what you do. On the pricey side but will last the life of your computer.

What can you really say it’s expensive but it’s a must at this point it should come on the computers for the price we pay.

What can you say so worth it’s money! I’ve become very familiar with Microsoft word, publishing, etc. very easy to download! And I own it forever friend very small amount!

I thought I was getting other apps in the MS Office Suite. Somewhat disappointed

I already had this. Was not aware it would carry over so an item i purchased downloaded and didnt need. No refund

It is exactly what you expect it to be without a subscription. So you may miss out on new features down the road, but how much true innovation is going on with the office programs.

I purchased this item as a gift for my granddaughter and at this time she likes it and uses it for her college classes.
