    I love Microsoft office but I had and continue to have issues with my new Microsoft office on my new computer. I purchased this version strictly for I don't want to pay a subscription that you now are required to buy with 365 office. It's impossible to get anyone from Microsoft on the phone to help troubleshoot issues resulting in having to go to geek squad.

    Geek Squad Installed, good value, operates as expected. Cloud storage raised havoc, kept locking up the computer, I disabled cloud, and then all was good.

    I am still learning this Office Home and Student program. First impressions are that they fixed a wheel that was not broke. Much more complicated than my last version. I hope to get a better command of it as time goes by.
