    It operates differently that 2010 version and it is hard for me to adjust to the new version. It is taking me a long time to adjust to the new verison.

    Got pressured into buying this by the pizza face punk that sold me a computer that wouldnt work for me. And now i cant return it.

    The instructions to download arrived very soon after purchasing. It's a convenient and safe way to get your software and I am glad they kept this option and didn't move everything to the monthly subscription.
