Got a new PC, and I need Excel and Word. This one doesn't require a yearly subscription. Just one time payment, but can only be in one computer. That's what I wanted.

When you have Windows how can you survive without Microsoft Office? Have always found them to be the simplest to operate, upload and always reliable.

Nothing works. The screen configuration changes itself whenever it wants to. I can't go immediately to the top or the bottom of any given document without having to scroll. It produces documents with no page-breaks. When I'm working in Word-perfect the documents jumps all over the page like a couple of nine-year-old-kids smoking crack and playing hopscotch at the same time. That's only the beginning --- and very little of that. I do hope you'll read this and respond and do something, but I'm perfectly confident that you won't. (I did pay for 24/7 service, and when I spoke with an individual by the name of Reyna Roja she couldn't do a thing; some investment.) If you don't make good on this mess I'll not only never make another purchase from 'Best Buy' (I mean, 'Best Buy, Worst Experience'), I'll tell all the many people I know what a miserable experience this has been. All my previous files were in Microsoft Office so this purchase for a new computer was a no-brainer

I needed to install Microsoft Office on my new laptop. It wasn't user friendly to install. Still cant find the icons

I really like the Microsoft suite. I wouldn’t want to pay annually. Glad this item provides what i need for a one time price.

Good software and decent price. Download kept stalling and I had to do things over and over. Then when you use the first application you have to go through verification/activation again. Seems like it could be easier.

Hard time getting it properly loaded, but it is working fine after the initial difficulty.

Needed these programs for my son's brand new laptop for high school ! Can't live without these basics.

Was glad the Geek squad was available to install this for me. There were some glitches in the installation that they were able to figure out; so good idea to buy from Best Buy, so they could help with this!

I always buy MicroSoft Office when needed. I have trusted their products for years.

Has the programs I need. Prefer to buy and pay just once rather than paying Microsoft annually or monthly.

Good product. Set-up could have been easier, I bought it as a gift and put it on a new PC. It took some wrangling to get it to work for my daughter's account but now all is fine.

I needed to update my Office. Not comfortable with monthly fees and cloud based edition. Do not see too many extra features, except for the fact that turning excel into a more color display features.

Great printer and professionalism of the tech agent. The agent successfully set up the printer to the computer and patiently explained its function

Purchased a new computer and needed to install Microsoft Office so had the Geek Squat install it for me.

I was used to an older Microsoft Office Suite. I am getting used to the differences. I do not like the black background with the white text. I may need to change a setting I haven't figured out yet. I am happy to have this software regardless.

It was very easy to install. I got an email with the code to save it in case I need it in the future and don’t have the receipt. It’s all I needed it to work on excel.

Software engineering has and continue to support generations of customers. I suggest seeking level 1-3 training to maximize efficiency.
