Okay program but a little confusing to get shortcuts on the desktop. Keeps asking for my license or saying I terminated. I did end the monthly plan, different license #

Outstanding software at a decent price (student edition). Too bad we lost Outlook and Access from the prior (2010) editions in addition to 40% price hike. Still a decent value, no longer great value.

I really only need Wird, but might teach myself Excel at some point. It's nice to have been able to purchase this outright, and not have to subscribe.

Easy to operate. Like all of these switching from headphones speakers to TV speakers requires unplugging them each time, which is a hassle.

This a way better way to go. You have full access to Microsoft Windows on a continual basis without the yearly fee of Windows 365

MS Office has come along way since its inception. It has become a very fluid office package.

Can’t have an iMac without adding the necessary MS office softwares. Many files I use for both work and home uses the MS office. So it’s like a must to purchase.

There is no way around having Microsoft Office. If you need to write a resume, you need MS word and pdf.

Purchased it for a brand new Macbook. Right away Microsoft converted the software I bought to try to force me to get 365 instead. And it took me a while to just get the 2024 standalone license I paid for apprived and registered, supposedly. Then I couldn’t use it unless I was online and agreed to let them on my computer to do updates and check in on my license. I am an author and I do not want to have to connect the device to the internet at all. Hence buying the separate license. That wasn’t all. I returned the computer because my husband bought me an upgraded model and and tried to find information from microsoft on how to turn off the license from that first computer and add it to the new one. Instead there was no help and they didn’t even show the first macbook at all on my device list. The device was completely reset and the Microsoft Office rwmoved but I have no way to use the software I paid for.
