I have purchased the Microsoft Home Office for my computers since I retired from Microsoft, Amazon, and now Best Buy. After the purchase from Microsoft I made this note in my Contacts “NEVER BUY ANYTHING DIRECTLY FROM MICROSOFT AGAIN.” I just tried to purchase it again for my new SSD drive computer from Amazon and they locked me out of my account and put me through some serious grief to get the account going again. So then I tried Best Buy and there was not a single problem and the purchase and download took only a few minutes and I was working with my documents.

I have upgraded to the Office Home 2024 with my new pc. I have been using Office for over 20 years. The various programs and very flexible with many feature to help with what ever you need to do. I gave it 4 stars because it doesn't include Outlook. Otherwise it's a great software

I got M.S,Office 2024 for personal use and found it at Best Buy. I like it because I do not want to use cloud and do not use it on regular basis. It has lot of templates which can be used and more features.

The product is great ant the Geek Squad team member -Andre- was so helpful, kind, knowledgeable and patient with me. He also solved my problems: I thought I had MS Office and did not. He loaded it for me and got me going again.

Needed Microsoft Word and Excel for a New windows 11PC. I don't use these programs enough to justify a subscription. This was as easy as it gets to get a legit copy of these programs for occasional use.

Buying this program is much a necessity no matter what. I really do not need to worry in getting the programs. Its a permanent not where I have to go somewhere else or go back to Best Buy and get another Microsoft program.

I have enjoyed using the Microsoft Office Home for many years. I get it every time I get a new computer. I would like it better if they kept it simple and did not include so many things I never use. I just copy, paste, edit and type things I use for tutoring. I'm old school when it comes to creating educational material.

We recently purchased the Office Home 2024 package. It updated our system from Office 2003! We use Excel and Word a lot. Now we are also using Power Point. This has made a big difference and we highly recommend this software program!

Great item. However, I found out I didn't need it and tried to return it and was not able to return it. I took it to the Best Buy store and contacted Microsoft. Neither place would refund my money. Unable to return so I gave it to my son as a XMAS present.

If you are familiar with word processors, presentation software and spreadsheet management, this will not disappoint. With this option, you can buy the products for life. Meaning you will own these three programs. Not a fan of the subscription option. Besides, in the long run, you will save money instead of re-upping a subscription service every year. It is confusing, to me, though. My confusion is in regards on installation. If I wasn't mistaken, I thought you were able to download to five devices. I successfully installed these to my laptop. They run fine. These products are like the gold standard of each respective program you need: word processors, presentation software and spreadsheet management. I don't think any other company successfully does this to a level Microsoft can achieve. But I was disappointed not understanding the installation limits. I was not able to install the products on my Android phone. Also, make sure you do not confuse your accounts! That is a personal problem for myself. I would advise to keeping in one account. I used my Gmail account to install the software...I should have used my Microsoft account (Windows laptop) but I confused myself so maybe that will not happen to you. Some context, I am receiving Bestbuy points for this review. I am trying my best to remain impartial. Tl; Dr: Make sure you use remember which account you have and stick to that one (Microsoft for Windows based computers/laptops; Google account for Android based phones/tablets.)

I bought the Office Home & Student 2021 software package because it does not require a subscription. I didn't need all the "Bells and Whistles" like a database or outlook. I refuse to buy the Office 365, because I don't want my documents held hostage due to an annual subscription fee.

This product provides multiple programs that are useful for home or office, including Word, power point, excel and covers my operational needs. I use it daily and it's very efficient
