Microsoft Office Home and Student is a great package. We love using it. User friendly and very helpful.

We had an older version with Word 2003. After transferring them to my new laptop with M2021, I found it difficult to edit older word documents. I can't control the font color and red underline appears throughout the documents.

Buying the version of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel without having to renew each year was key.

Exactly what I wanted however was more expensive than I thought it would be.

Would have liked a primer to log in/out or not because on day 2 of trying to use word, it looked like i had to put the whole sales code in again, or it was only good for one month??!!

As my new computer didn't automatically have this loaded, like my previous one did, purchasing this product and having it installed allowed me successful continued access to Word etc.

This is a great bundle to purchase for all the Microsoft Office products. I am loving One Note!

Exactly what I need. I only need Excel and Word and it has the 2 things I want/need.

I like it very much and it does exactly what I wanted. And the install by the geek squad was excellent.

The geek squad at Best Buy were very helpful. They help me install my Microsoft word, and my antivirus programs as I bad trouble. They are top notch, know what they are doing

I need word and excel, but don't use it enough to pay the monthly 365 fee, so this works perfect - pay once and done!

Just had it installed as a good replacement for the Windows program provided by the prior employer for the home computer. Good that it is a one time purchase.

Had a horrible experience. I bought this a year ago and was never told that the link had an expiration. I went to download this product I bought for $150.00 just to be told the link is no longer active. After speaking to 5 different agents and being on the phone for 1 hr 6 min. I get told that this can only be resolved if I spend an extra $39.99 to speak to a tier 2 agent. So not that this can't be resolved, but I have to spend $39.99 for it to be resolved after already spending $150.00. My other option was to spend an extra $179.99 to buy the total tech plan. Once again, after already spending $150.00 to buy this product. This is extremely disappointing service as a long time Best Buy customer. I am only saying yes to recommending the product because the issue is not the product, but Best Buy's lack of help.
