    I’m having trouble accessing each of the parts of this program on my new computer. Microsoft keeps wanting me to buy 365 which I don’t need any of the “extras” it offers. I only use Word, Powepoint, and Excel.

    I am soooooo upset! I paid $179 plus tax for Microsoft software that I cannot use! It doesn't install and when you log in, Microsoft still tried to force you to buy a subscription! I want my money back! I got robbed either by best buy or Microsoft!
