    Best Buy emails the info to you to install it. Used to be they would load it for you at purchase, but not now.

    I’m Having problems with printing….the Geek Squad tried to shoot the trouble and finally told me there is a kink in the software and gave me Microsoft’s phone number to call. When I called Microsoft they told me to go online and shoot the problem myself. If I have this ability I would not have paid for one year of Geek Squad Service…..is this what you call Geek Squad Service????? Now I have a defective Microsoft 365 purchased and installed by Best Buy. And a printing problem.

    I've been trying to return Microsoft Office Home 2024, it's never been activated. There is no button on this item to start a refund. Was on the ChatBox, they disconnected me after a few minutes. Called the number it finally provided, all they would give me was AI pre-recorded messages. What poor, poor, horrible service!!!!!

    I don't like the Microsoft gives me pop up ads for more Microsoft products in something I already bought from them. But I use it for Word and Word is fine.
