I went from Windows 7 to 11....it's taking sometime to get used to this. I also was a huge fan of Outlook. I'm not using gmail....taking me some time....

Microsoft office works like my old office product very reliable good product

I have a windows computer and am converting to Apple. after I logged into my Microsoft account I was able to start the download. The install failed because it was the Windows version of the product. I started a Best Buy chat talked to a geek Squad agent. The agent would help if I paid a $40..00 one time fee. I ended the chat and logged into my Microsoft account and talked their support and the problem was fixed no fee was charged. I keep this mind the next time if and when I buy something from Best Buy.

This package is worth the money. One time cost and you're set! So easy to setup.

Has nothing to do with the product itself, but the process of installing it. I easnt told by BestBuy cust serv that I needed to create a separate Microsoft account if I didnt want my separate laptop to synch with my other one. It uploaded everything from my other laptop onto my new one, which was supposed to remain separate. It turned into a huge mess and getting in touch with anyobe at Microsoft is impossible. I made an appointment with the Geek Squad and they couldnt help me, so I lost time from work going to that appointment and was left without resolution. I finally called BestBuy and they were able to refund me my money and cancel the subscription. Microsoft needs to figure out a better way because their "synch" feature and customer service stink.

Love this product. Will purchase again and again. Very satisfied.
