    This is a good if you just need Word and Excel for everyday use. In addition, it is nice it is a lifetime version so no monthly fees. Installation was a little confusing.

    Have used Word and Excel for years. MS evolution of these programs has made them actually more annoyingly complicated to use, unfortunately. Predatory pricing policy which overcharges for the one-use full purchase in order to inveigle buyer into taking an annual subscription (also overpriced).

    We were able to return this and buy MS 365 for family. It is an annual payment, not just one time, but it covers 6 devices and includes cloud storage, security, and software updates, so overall we decided it was a better deal for us.

    Bought a Magic Mouse on line. It worked immediately once I got it out of the box which was a bit of a struggle. Easy to charge and holds charge quite a while.

    Not even sure how I got it to activate. Should not be complicated. Some people wont have a choice if they want to avoid subscription however. So, I will recommend.

    Unfortunately every time you upgrade your computer you need to buy another Microsoft office. And now it doesn’t include outlook. The old program worked great. Wish I hadn’t had to upgrade.
