Best Buy installed it on my new laptop computer purchased at Best Buy along with a one-year Geek Squad service agreement. Quick and easy. There was nothing to figure out and the agreement covers any questions that may arise!

To be honest, I only use Word and Excel. I only do basic tasks, but Office makes them easy to do. I did not take the renewable product, I took the one install. My last Office was on my 2014 computer and it was still running just great.
