    Apparently I have an old Microsoft account with a previous email address, and this was automatically installed using that address, but it took several frustrating hours and finally a visit to Best Buy to figure out why I kept getting messages that my "free" demo time was up and I had to buy it or lose it. So, probably a good product, but not for someone who is technologically-challenged!
