I wanted the. New Microsoft Office with OUTLOOK so I could use all my folders on Outlook 2010 . This product was accidentally installed on my new HO 27” desktop. This product did not have Outlook and the GEEK SQUAD tech did not seem to be aware of this and started data migration from my backup service Carbonite - it was a mess. This product had to be uninstalled and Microsoft Home & Office had to be installed. This process cost me 4 weeks of downtime on new machine till backups got done properly

I don't like the Microsoft gives me pop up ads for more Microsoft products in something I already bought from them. But I use it for Word and Word is fine.

Online delivery from Best Buy worked great. MS Office is MS Office. I needed a copy for my laptop.

Very great product. It made my lifestyle easy. I would buy it again time over. I am telling all of my friends and family about it.

The program is great. The readon for the one rating was because I was talked into $149 program and i didnt need it. I specifically asked if the program i had bought a couple years ago would transfer to my new laptop and he said it probably wouldnt. Guess what? When i logged into my account transferred. I took it back to the store the same day and they would not refund my money. I understand the reason, but it still isnt right.

Great bundle for a great price. A must have when you need your basic programs.

Have always chosen to get the Microsoft Office product when we buy new apple products as we have so many Word documents on file.

Love our new all in one Dell with microsoft office. Has everything we need. Total tech service is well worth the money.

Hate the constant push for a subscription and ads in email. Call me old fashioned, but this software doesn’t get me much more than I had 10 years ago at a higher price and annoying ads subscription pushes.

The package is fine, obviously. Had difficulty setting it up...but the phone-in Geek person was able to resolve the problem. No charge, thankfully.

The fact that they made a digital version of it and that you can purchase it and download it onto your computer

I use Word and Excel all the time, sometimes Power Point. I would prefer to also have Publisher, this was within budget.

Easy install the software from the instructions. I would recommend it .

These days you have to have this for school or business

I purchased Microsoft Office. I got the email from Best Buy on how to install it. I still get messages on needing to renew my 360 subscription, but not so frequently now.

Microsoft : I am not a fan.. too much push to sell things and not enough on education. Computer : I like the Lenovo so far but there are some bells and whistles I dont understand.
