    Review is 100% on Best Buy and not the product. Tried to return/refund the product within 30 days of purchase and before downloading/installing. Best Buy gave me the run around and wasted 90 minutes of my life. Customer service supervisors are never available. Second agent actually told me to install and call back later to get a refund. Where on earth does it make sense to download and install a software product to get a refund?? Disputed through my credit card instead.

    I couldn't believe that Microsoft no longer comes loaded on the computer and that I had to spend $145.00 to get it. I purchased the full program, which means I don't have to renew it. However, if I understood my salesman, I also will have to remember to download any updates, as this version does not do it automatically.
