    Sone bug in the program necessitated fivexttios yo the syire to solve; turned out that several other customers had the same problem snd the Geek Squad had to tell Microsoft what to do!

    the version of Outlook that you sold me and installed is completely worthless. I have never seen anything so pathetically user not friendly. The tech person doing the install should have made me aware of this product and what my options would be. However, he gave me little attention as he was taking the walk ins during my appointment and helping the guy next to him with his customer. This needs to be resolved.

    Yeah, I found it way cheaper online. Home in office student it’s OK I mean it has word. They said I’d be able to use it off-line which I wasn’t. I can only use it online. But it has XL Word PowerPoint so it’s OK.
