    Had some issues with accessing the apps. Went through the download process and said it was complete. But apps wouldn't show up. Geek squad was great in helping me fix it but had to wait a long time

    This is supposed to be Microsoft 360. It does not let you save to hard drive - everything to cloud so you cannot access if Wi-Fi out, no back-up. As soon as I set it up, with very little mail and few documents, it started telling me I had to buy more cloud space, it was full. I cannot get/download adobe acrobat, so can’t download, scan, or save any pdf documents. How much is computer and how much is the Microsoft is unclear. I think my computer 30 years ago with 20mg hard drive held more than this cloud. ☹️

    Standard Microsoft, they have made some improvements and at least it is not the 365. Still very pricey, they don't even include Outlook or Access anymore. Definitely buy this over Microsoft 365 even if you pay more.
