This is my first time buying ink here, and it works

Good if using for only one user and codes are sent fast.

Great value for the price. Easy to enter the code.

Windows 11 is not something I'd buy again. There is too much to adjust to make it easy on the eyes. I've had several problems. Today's issue is not being able to change text color. The new text color doesn't show on the screen, but prints out with the appropriate color. Go figure.

Quality product. Primarily obtained as the Word option is often utilized.

Very difficult to load on computer. After downloaded everything seems to be fine.

Once you download it say you have to switch computers you can't download it again. Best Buy doesn't allow multiple downloads. Then when you go to Microsofts website its not registered to their servers you purchased it from them so you can't get a download from them. So you get a one time use MS Office. Seems to be standard with bestbuy and every software after reviewing reddit.

Had to get the new one because i had to get a new hard drive for my laptop. Haven't figured out how to use everything yet since they updated it. I liked the old version better.

I wish Outlook was included but getting use to Gmail. I am satisfied with the other offerings in this plan. I am annoyed by the continued promotions for the subscription plan for Microsoft Office

Was upset that it loaded other apps beyond just Excel, Word and PowerPoint. It took me while to figure out to remove the unwanted MS non-Office apps... and still not sure I uninstalled them completely.

I am not happy with the quality of the ink colors. So faint they are hard to read.

To use this product it's a bit confusing to install.

Good productivity software. A little pricey but good features.

I would love it because it was easy to install but I hate that One Drive that was why I gave up my ms office 365 because I thought this one wouldnt have one drive. it is invading my privacy and it limits what I can save. I HATE ONE DRIVE.

A bit complicated and too expensive. Could be simpler for home use.

I had some trouble setting up system. Not as easy to find and open up.

Difficult to install. Microsoft had to help. It was ok with help

Store never loaded it onto the laptop, so can't review yet. Will need to take laptop back, but location is not convenient

My product key is not working because it has character "Z". I need to run Office on no-internet computer. BestBuy refused to refund my purchase because they said it has been passed to many days. But it is because I have tried to fix the product key problem with BestBuy customer service agents for days. I cannot do their procedure of action immediately because I need to access the no-internet environment (it is like a customer-confidential factory). If product key cannot be used on no-internet environment, you should tell me in the first day. By the way, if product key cannot be used in no-internet environment, why you can find offline installer in the download path?
