Mac users beware.

BUT, we bought it for Mac (it is supposed to be for both). But we ended up with a .exe file, that obviously isn't Mac compatible. I eventually did a second download through Microsoft and was able to get the Mac version. It's fine. Just not at all intuitive for Mac users.

MS office ...yes or no?

My 2019 MS Office had issues after years of trouble-free use. MS had me register to pay online for their expert advice. Makes me upset. I'm thinking of switching to free Google suite!!! Google and MS are at platform war. I may switch to Google.

A mess purchasing from Best Buy

I purchased it, from a physical store, this as a Christmas gift for someone. They didn't want it, so 2 days later I came back to return it [unactivated]. The store manager Griffith was extremely rude to me, stating that he didn't trust me when I told him it wasn't activated. I protested, saying that nowhere did it say I cant return it. He asked me to leave the store!! I went home and saw on Best Buys website that you CAN return it.

Microsoft Office Home & Student -- okay package

So far, I have had limited use of them, but they seem to have more added features that are of limited interest to me. I am not a fan on one drive; but can work around it.
