    Purchased this Microsoft office home 2024 from Best Buy. They had some trouble getting it loaded onto the Dell computer I purchased. Was a problem with the Microsoft Store but they figured it out. Had to go thru my Microsoft Outlook email instead of my gmail. Now that it is on my computer I love it. Works great

    Very difficut to download documents from old Microsoft to new Microsoft. Used drop box, documents downloaded but the current information did not come over. Only the older info. Tried to contact Microsoft but never got thru to the Microsoft company. Very poor support.

    I hate Microsoft with a passion. All of its products are either subpar or monopolized. In this case, I needed MS Word and Excel to run on new Apple iMac. Options are to spend as little as possible on this "essential" version or pay for a perpetual subscription. This was by far the best option. Install was easy and the product feels just like the MS Office suite I'm accustom to.
