I was happy with the previous version. I was forced to get this because the previous version was incompatible with Windows 11.

Not really easy - at least for me. I'm still trying to find things that I used to use all the time with Word. Haven't yet discovered what the benefits of 365 are over Word.

It didn’t work, feel like I waisted my money. It keeps making me use some web version of word, I paid to have to software. Not some web version.

I finally got around to installing today and it has been trying to install for over an hour and then gives me an error message and tells me to retry. Paid 149 for it and now it will cost more because I am going to have to drive all the way to Best Buy to have them look/ install and you know it won’t be free. VERY disappointed and annoyed right now!

Not a really great product, can not setup up Outlook not many functions... was told not give me the wrong program... return free and give me the correct one the home and business is the right choice

This is the third office home and student software I have purchased for different computers. The other 2 were a piece of cake installing. This one is not. Been working on it for two weeks and still don’t have it all downloaded.

I bought this and spent 3 hours trying to get the correct key code. No one could help me they kept sending me the same code. Finally I asked for my money back and received it. I won't buy that again, but I do like bestbuy just not their Geek service center.

Its not the desktop version and thats what i wanted. I still dont understand what ive purchased. I did not want to have to use the internet to use these services but i think you have to have an internet connection to use these services. Had i known the internet is required, i would not have purchased this.

I wanted to return this unused, unopened prod and have tried to in person and over the phone. Each way gave an excuse not to and blamed it on the other.

Many features I used from the PC version do not seem available on the MAC version. Many little things. But not having what is still there and being able to get into old files is priceless.

Not happy with this limited version of Microsoft office. You can't even link more then 1 PST file...

Microsoft are getting tighter with their Office Suite. They are pushing to 365 service which I don’t want. I no longer get Access with my software.

does not work at all. Apple support AND Microsoft support (1 hour+) could not get it to work.

Unfortunately, there seems to be no way to only purchase Word. Since retiring I no longer need Excel or Power Point. I'd greatly prefer the opportunity to purchase ONLY Word - and NOT with a subscription product!

I had a difficult time with getting this product to work properly. I spent 5hrs on the phone. The product set up is not an easy set up and has bugs and glitches

Waste for me. I tried to get it to work, no good. I just get it in App Store. Disappointed

It isn't super easy to use. I'm very familiar with word but this version. I don't see save as anywhere and it's just not as user friendly as the older versions

DO NOT BUY. IF REDEEMED, AND CANNOT BE DOWNLOADED, YOU LOSE YOUR MONEY. I PURCHASED, REDEEMED, DOWNLOADED AND IT WOULD NOT INSTALL ON MY MAC. TRIED TO GET A REFUND OR CREDIT AND TOLD NOTHING THEY COULD DO BECAUSE REDEEMED.

Didnt even need it. Salesman totally unsure today

if microsoft is changing to subscription, then buy this product until it goes out of support.
