I trusted the geek squad to advise me what to purchase and they were totally wrong wasted my time and money. I wanted Microsoft Outlook. I was there two days in a row for hours and ended up with a headache. Never trust them again. Always get another opinion.

Wasn't really looking for anything more than these three basics Microsoft applications, anyway. Does the job.

When our previous Office product couldn’t be transferred to a new computer, we had to buy the latest version. It has changed and not all changes are wonderful for our use.

I cannot review this product because I have not been able to redeem the digital version. I've contacted Best Buy online and was told it would cost me an additional $49.99 to have them install it. Something is definitely amiss. The 149.99 I paid for this should cover installation. I need help from someone I can talk with and not have to try and communicate from a keyboard.

I am very disappointed in the download experience. This item is still not working. I downloaded the app but cannot sign in.

Title says it all. We purchased MS Office Home, Geek Squad put it on the system only to find out that Outlook, in particular would not play nicely with Windows 11 OR our ISP. We are back to the "classic" version from 2019.

Hate it but I need it. Non transferable if you get a new computer and this edition does not duplex print.

Horrible experience. We have loaded, unloaded and reloaded multiple times and we continue to get repair notifications followed by the program shutting down.

Microsoft as usual, tries to make it more complicated than it needs to be. Proprietorily cumbersome software. Needs more simplification. They need competition here.

Windows 11 caused a number of issues installing which took a number of reps to resolve and menus are different from the version familiar from our old pc

Had to buy this in order to read the files he had on his old computer and to make new ones. It was a real pain to install and even the people at Best Buy he called had trouble figuring out how to get it loaded. He finally gave up and called microsoft and after back and forth finally got it loaded and now works fine but should not be so difficult to get loaded

I had to change the security settings in Windows 11 to install a Microsoft product. Seems rather silly to me. Evidently it is just because I bought it through Best buy and not directly from Microsoft. I guess Microsoft really does want to control everything we do (shame on Microsoft).

Very satisified with the new computer and Windows 11. Too bad old programs don't work.

I have used Microsoft Office for years, at home and work. I consider it essential. However, I purchased a Samsung Chromebook along with the latest version of Microsoft Office Home & Student. I had never used a Chromebook and didn't understand that this software was incompatible with it. There was no indication of incompatibility in the software description or in the Chromebook description. I tried & tried to return the software in a 1.5 hour online Chat (transferring me from person to person), in a similar long phone call, and by talking with multiple people in the local store. No Returns On Software - though this was never stated anywhere in the product description. Buyer Beware.

This was a nightmare to install. After 3 hours chat with Microsoft, I am not sure that I have access to what I purchased.

Off to school got the new laptop but office is not included

When I started to Install the Office product I found I already had a subscription to Office that I did not realize I could just transfer to my new laptop. BestBuy won't take it back and Microsoft is giving me a huge runaround about a refund since I didn't buy it from their online store. The key code has never been activated and I'm stuck until Microsoft realizes i wont go away. VERY frustrating BestBuy!

Product is a product. I have not engaged it as of yet, as I am not sure I will return it or not and go with the recurring license one.

Could use with my Apple Mac so that was a waste of money!

It’s terrible to download! Wanted me to sign into my Microsoft account, but then wasn’t satisfied with my password. Every time I would change it it would send me a new link to change it again. It was nothing but a run around. Now when I try to use the Home version, he keeps trying to open up the free 360 office.
