MS Office - hard to determine how to review this. It's just a program I don 't feel I should pay for. Should be included with the computer like Intel.

I want to install it on me phone. How come my code to install it isn't available anymore after paying all that money????

I always had free office and I resent having to purchase it to see my old files

Returned product before applying to Mac. Did not realize that the Microsoft package did not include Outlook.

Extremely unhappy. Charged for services not received. Did not provide the wi-fi cable needed to recharge the mouse. geek squad give wrong instructions on mouse. Wanted to charge me $100 to provide the cable they should have provided.

Had a Hard time installing program. Used an advisor from the company and took over three hours

This program I paid $150 for will not have all of the email functions work unless I also subscribe to Microsoft 360 subscription. You don't find this out untill you get home. It will not let you copy or paste attachements like a word document to Outlook unless you and extra subscription of 360. I will buy Appe products from now on

I am not sure if I had installed it correct because it did not performed the way that I expected to. It did not write over and re-install with new and improved files from my old Microsoft Word 2010. Instead it made a new file on the computer without replacing the old. It look like it is missing some files the old one had to do certain function. I am beginning that I should bring it back and get my money (refund) back!!

NOT at all what I expected as I was lead to believe Outlook was included - it is not and I would have to pay the cost of Office 365 to get Outlook. Neither Best Buy or Microsoft is willing to help out with that

was not worth the money spent on this because I had to buy another program anyway because this was not what I needed and not able to take it back

I have installed some kind of Office program every year. This one was a pain in my butt. I followed the step and nothing. I called Best Buy and they talked me into letting one of their team members have access to my computer. Come to find out the person was in another Country. I would not recommend this.

It is Microsoft Office. If your not familure with it then its ok. Can drive you crazy with not always that easy to use and unless you spend a lot of time learning it can ramdomly do odd things.

It's a sorta throttled Office. It does what we're accustomed to, but not much more than that.

Haven't used Word for a while, but it seems to offer fewer features. Not as useful as before.

I am sure the software will be great, having installation issues.

was not able to install product spoke to Best Buy tech representative for almost 1 hour with no luck he suggested I bring to store- tried to call north haven store for info- no human answered-could not make appointment or get info asked discover card to refund purchase very disappointed with lack of service

Don't buy this downloadble version of MS Office if you own a MAC computer. It is for Windows only and will not install on your MAC. Best Buy will not refund you for their mistake. They wrongly insist it is for both Windows and Mac but is a .exc file, not a .dmg file. Exe file only work on Windows, not Macs and Best Buy will not help you!

Have not used the microsoft office Word programs yet.

Where is it Can't find an icon for it. Need to crete a new spreadsheet and could NOT DO IT
