the representative told me this included all microsoft products and this is not the case. It only has three things and now I have to pay for a whole different package making this a waste of money.

Bought this to go on my new MacBook Air, as the tech specs says it is compatible with Mac OS, yet when I go to install it, the Mac says it doesn't support the software. Be forewarned, it's a lie about being compatible with Mac OS.

I absolutely hate everything that this has become. I hate that it only let's you work online! I hate that it only let's you save to a specific location! The freeware I have is SO much more useful and user friendly, that I would have much preferred to give them the ridiculous amount of money than waste any of it on this absolute, freaking garbage!

I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great product!

I am very disappointed in the versions of Word and Outlook that I received with this product. They are not close to the MS Office products I am accustomed to working with.

Only fair. Outlook not included and most issues are with Outlook

The logic of cramming everything imaginable into a critical program escapes me.

Works as expected but priced high, did not wañt to be tied into a subscription

It's better than a subscription, but it's pretty insane how expensive this is. There are no worthy competitors.

Hard to download had to get help from geek squad still trying to learn it all

Word is not nearly as easy to use as the previous version

Super disappointed. I spent money on this that I didn't need. Being so not tech savvy, I wasn't sure if I needed this or not. I wished the clerk had quizzed me about what I DID have already and if it was something I could transfer to the new laptop I purchased from Best Buy. Come to find out, I already had 365 that I was able to transfer to my new laptop, so I'm left with Home & Student and out $150 because it's non-returnable. For those of us who don't know a lot about computers, software, etc, quiz us, or educate us to really determine if we need to be upsold on any additional items.

It comes with everything which is great but man MSRP on this is crazy expensive.

Best Buy was great but online geek squad screwed up our computer making it necessary to make three round trips to geek squad in the store to fix the problem the online people caused. We lost the use of our computer for two days. No apologies or even a way to talk to online management. Would give no stars if possible.

So I bought this package with an HP laptop. Now in two weeks time the laptop malfunctioned and I had to return it… though it was a technical error, they didn’t refund a cent of my $150 I paid for MSWord… be careful while buying this

Not at all what I expected. My computer crashed and this is what was offered as a replacement. My main usage would be with Outlook. This does not have that application, This does not have all the e-mail features I like plus all my contacts were lost. I am very dissappointed,

Purchased at Best Buy, AI uploaded to another laptop

Followed directions and downloaded it on my laptop but couldn't get it running no matter what I tried. Ended up continuing annual service through Microsoft instead as I needed it immediately for work/school. Feeling kind of frustrated about losing money from this.
