    I’ve ordered two computers from Beat Buy and had to refuse delivery on one and returned the second one. I went into a store to purchase a laptop but was told that it would be shipped to me in a week. They tried to deliver it twice without calling or texting me so I told them that I didn’t want as it was going to take another week for it to be re-delivered -very disappointing. The serine time, I ordered it over the phone and was assured it would be delivered within 7 business rss days. Three weeks later it was delivered and it did not include the two features I told them I had to have. Will now go elsewhere to buy a computer.
