This is the only software available for creating documents and then you are hooked up with the Microsoft dynasty. Too many apps that I don’t need.

After paying for the program I find I cannot use it unless I have a Microsoft account and allow them to sync. To use it for free only allows me to make a document and print. I do not want to sync and do not save documents on the computer or want them on the Cloud.

Misled by Best Buy expert that I needed this software with my new pc. Turns out I didn't, and that my existing Microsoft 365 would automatically be activated on my new pc. Now they won't give me a refund. Last time I do business with Best Buy.

office should come with OUTLOOK like it did before. what is an office suite without email?

My old computer died. Purchased a new one. Was told by sales rep that you could not transfer my Office Home and Student to the new computer. Purchased new Office home and student 2021. Could not install new Office Home and Student. It says it installed but it is not. Believe Microsoft is looking at the old subscription and not the new.

The old version was easier and the new one doesn't make logical sense to me.

Not wild about the controls that Microsoft has. I like my own pics, not theirs.

Extremely upset. I habe multiple purchases associated with my account and it is not letting me download. It insists on using a 365 license or 2019 license.

Product is ok. Microsoft is a mediocre product due to its monopoly.

This was so very hard/difficult to install, and it still does not work. I was able to download "SetupOffice.exe" but it will not install. The Best Buy support, or "Geek Squad" was no help. After being transferred to a "Geek", 2 hours later and giving control over to him over the internet, the best option he said was to take it to a store. I am disabled and in a declared disaster area here in Ca. 1 hour (or more with road work) away from a store. I will never buy any computer products from them, I wish I'd had ordered it from Apple.

Total waste of my hard earned money. Unable to install.

This isn’t Best Buy fault this was a bad set up for Microsoft set up for office. Lost set up

Very disappointed. One example from yesterday. Translating a book. All of a sudden, all but a page, among several, blurred. Work stopped. Haven’t figured out what wrong yet. Hoping it will rebut. …micro-office..

I don't use all the programs but the ones I use are adequate.

Appreciate having something that lasts more than a year.

I'm very disappointed with Microsoft becoming money hungry. This is the only option available to avoid purchasing a yearly license. People need to speak up especially making an enterprise more wealthy. I hope another option becomes available in the market.

I did not need this item for my laptop. The associate made me purchase something that i did not need. And i can not return it. I wasted $140

I requested the Home & Student but the person I spoke with gave me the version that included a invasive version with an annoying 365 continually trying to get me to change. I stated I did not want to use 365 as it was too new right now - it was given to me anyway. I wanted my plain old Windows 10 version.
