Over priced for what you get! Painful to use the menu and options seem to change overnight without any warning. It is no wonder they sell this without any way to return it.

Sent back first day - It still required me to buy Microsoft 365 for a year to year fee. All I need is a one time purchase of Excel - I just went to Open Office Apache. It was never clear that I had to also buy Microsoft 365 year to year at a significant cost.

The title says it all. You dont really get anything different. Its always the same stuff for the unreasonably high price.

The price is okay and it will give the option to renew each year. It’s a great program however I wish it would come with the computer like it used to.

DO NOT PURCHASE! The free 90 day support is chat/email only. If you have a previous version installed, ie you are upgrading you will have to delete the current program/license before installation. Microsoft will not do it remotely, I had to deal with and hour & 20 minute chat AFTER BEING ON HOLD FOR 47 MINUTES!!!

Haaaate this! Clunky software loaded with upsell from Microsoft. Regret buying it!

Don't really use, was told I needed it. Not computer savvy so why is it required. Then have to replace to frequently.

I bought a laptop in store. I also purchased the Microsoft Home & Student. When setting up the laptop, I activated the Microsoft Home and Student. I ended up returning the laptop via UPS because I decided I would rather a Chromebook instead. I have called and called to see if i can be refunded for the Microsoft Home and Student being that i can no longer use it because i returned the laptop that it was installed on. I keep getting transferred on the phone over and over. Complete Run-around. You can only activate the Microsoft Home and Student Once. So, from the looks of it I paid $150 for something I cant even use.

So far I've spoken 6 six support advisors. I've been on the phone 90 minutes. For 3 days each has promised to send me the email with the link to download the program I've paid for. Two just hung up while promising to get me to "the right person". You will not get the software you paid for and Total Tech can't/won't help.

Too much overselling without giving enough time to let the customer thinking

Won't download or install I just get an error message that says "oops something went wrong.

I was not aware I could not return the Item that was not used. My student was able to use a school Version. Best Buy rating 0. Obviously product was not used. So not rating the product. Make sure you need the product for sure. I Know Microsoft products are good so I would recommend if you know you need it.

I specifically told the sales person that I used Mac 13.2.1 Ventura, and he assured me it would work with my computer. Guess what? After two days struggling to get it to upload, I was told by Microsoft's help desk rep that this software was not (yet) compatible with Ventura. Cue sad trombone.

It is very difficult to use compared with earlier versons and sems to have many missing items.

I had the old 2010 on my computer until it crashed> I am disappointed in the quality of the product> It works okay> but sadly MSoft made it a poor as possible

Keeps freezing up. Not a stable OS or software (windows 11)

When I attempted to download the software, I received the message that download was complete but none of the Office programs will work. The message is that authorization is not found. Obviously I wasted my money. If these software providers would include a disc with the hundred dollar plus purchase it would be easier to install their product.

Office 2021 .. is very slow and takes a long time to download and is not suitable even for simple office work. I advise not to buy it because it is wast to time and money .. It is the worst thing that Microsoft has made. I regret buying it.

As I returned the laptop I purchased, I no longer needed this item. Was unable to return it as it was a digital purchase. Did not need it for the iPad I did buy.

I purchased Microsoft office not knowing I already purchased the annual plan before. I can’t return it, per Best Buy and Microsoft for any software purchase. I felt taken advantaged. What’s worse it’s not cheap!
