Lousy product

About 2 minutes before it was complete, the download stopped. I have not been able to download. It keeps dropping the download just before it is finished. There is NO HELP from Microsoft.

I said no because I have an Apple product.

Waste of money

This software does not load properly to my new mac desktop. I switched to numbers and pages already loaded on the mac. I can finally say done with microsoft and am so glad i switched even if forced to do so. Waste of $160 !!!

Terrible customer service

My computer was too old to use it on. Best Buy customer service was terrible about giving me a refund. I finally had to dispute with credit card company.

The salesman failed to give me all the information regarding this purchase. It was borderline fraud. Do not buy this product because you’ll end up having to buy the subscription anyway.

I cannot get a product key to do it myself. Contact Microsoft but they were no help. Very frustrated

MAC Not Supported.
