I rate microsoft a negative 10. I was totally locked out of my laptop. When I tried to sign in it kept saying " this Microsoft account doesn't exist". Cost $150.00 and I had to have laptop totally erased. Couldn't get a hold of Microsoft to fix problem or reimburse for lost $150. Also lost data when laptop had to be erased.

Excellent product but terrible provision of the software

Tried several times to use the program and it won’t even work on 1 laptop let alone 4. Waste of money and this digital crap is for the birds. They are just taking peoples money to just put in an email address and nothing work.

I feel deceived by this product. Nowhere on the display card did it mention that the buyer needs to log into a Microsoft account to use the product. I want an MS package that will allow me to work offline and this product does not give me that ability.

I haven't been able to use the package. Even after countless follow up with customer service wasn't given a solution. It asks for the access key. I was sent the access key number. It doesn't work. Can't use any of the packages

I bought and registered this software on my nieces computer. No one told me that the only one that could access it is the person with that particular email account. I need it changed to my email account so that I will have access to it. My niece already has an Office suite registered in her name.

I dont use e Instalaltion, for buy other kind software

Nothing but problems. Continuously have to sign in to Microsoft and then the program tells you it’s already on another computer which it’s not. Have to call Microsoft to get them to reset all the time.

I never was able to download it on my PC. I ended up taking the PC into Best Buy. They found that I was using a very slow drive and upgraded it to an SSD drive. Nathan then loaded Office on my machine, but not from the one I downloaded. I need to be reimbursed for the $108.00 I paid for a download that never worked.

I love the Microsoft products but I don’t like they only want you to purchase the online versions.

Very disappointed with Best Buy for not having disclosed that the downloadable item from Microsoft would not work in a different region. I purchased the laptop and the Microsoft Office as a gift for my nephew in Brazil. Unfortunately, it does it work. I would like a refund or at least a store credit. Please reply.

Never got a code. Scammed by best buy...might even file a law suit

Can not install this product. Geek squad could not do it. They have a land-line phone number they are using to try to send me a text message AND there is noway to correct it!!

It was not what I wanted. Why would you sell an office product without Outlook.

I was able to download this to my newly purchased Lenovo Chromebook, but it will not execute. The on-line agent suggested I take it to Bestbuy; perhaps an agent there could help.

I can only install the Microsoft word to my computer. Thats sucks.

Return this item because it did not include outlook.

Downloaded but doesn’t show up in the App. I called Best Buy Geek Squad and they told me that I have to call MicroSoft Service. Still can’t use it.

Stinks this doesn't come with windows computers anymore

I returned it because it lacks Outlook, the product I needed most.
