Its a really good thing to use for work and worth the price in my opinion.

Good merchandise and competitive prices. The staff were very helpful.

I would love it because it was easy to install but I hate that One Drive that was why I gave up my ms office 365 because I thought this one wouldnt have one drive. it is invading my privacy and it limits what I can save. I HATE ONE DRIVE.

Once you download it say you have to switch computers you can't download it again. Best Buy doesn't allow multiple downloads. Then when you go to Microsofts website its not registered to their servers you purchased it from them so you can't get a download from them. So you get a one time use MS Office. Seems to be standard with bestbuy and every software after reviewing reddit.

This is all the needed software for doing most projects.

I wish Outlook was included but getting use to Gmail. I am satisfied with the other offerings in this plan. I am annoyed by the continued promotions for the subscription plan for Microsoft Office

Had to get the new one because i had to get a new hard drive for my laptop. Haven't figured out how to use everything yet since they updated it. I liked the old version better.

Almost every time I start the computer to do some writing Word does not work. The Best Buy Geek told me to restart it if it happens....I do that but it happens way too often and there have been times when I've had to restart it three times to get Word to work.

I like Office, I dont like the idea of having to rent the program. Thats why I did a one time purchase. It should be for at least 2 users.

just brought this and starting to use it. My 2019 MS Office had issues after years of trouble-free use. MS had me register to pay online for their expert advice. Makes me upset. I'm thinking of switching to free Google suite!!! Google and MS are at platform war. I may switch to Google.

I think this is a good product; however, I had a really awful experience buying it from Best Buy. I purchased it, from a physical store, this as a Christmas gift for someone. They didn't want it, so 2 days later I came back to return it [unactivated]. The store manager Griffith was extremely rude to me, stating that he didn't trust me when I told him it wasn't activated. I protested, saying that nowhere did it say I cant return it. He asked me to leave the store!! I went home and saw on Best Buys website that you CAN return it.

It's always good to have a permanent office. I is worth it
