Office is office. No complaint there. BUT, we bought it for Mac (it is supposed to be for both). But we ended up with a .exe file, that obviously isn't Mac compatible. I eventually did a second download through Microsoft and was able to get the Mac version. It's fine. Just not at all intuitive for Mac users.

I've been trying to return Microsoft Office Home 2024, it's never been activated. There is no button on this item to start a refund. Was on the ChatBox, they disconnected me after a few minutes. Called the number it finally provided, all they would give me was AI pre-recorded messages. What poor, poor, horrible service!!!!!

Not happy with instructions, was confusing and ended up being registered to my email vs my wife’s email

I went in to purchase a printer cartridge for my HP OfficeJet.

It is what one would expect for these Microsoft programs. So far, I have had limited use of them, but they seem to have more added features that are of limited interest to me. I am not a fan on one drive; but can work around it.

I purchased this software at Best Buy, and I specifically asked the person there if I could install this on my Mac at home and share it across all users. He said yes. Now, after spending $150 on this, I find out that no, I CAN'T share it with all users on our Mac. ALSO, Microsoft's customer service is a joke. You can't get any REAL PERSON to help you with anything.

Store never loaded it onto the laptop, so can't review yet. Will need to take laptop back, but location is not convenient

My product key is not working because it has character "Z". I need to run Office on no-internet computer. BestBuy refused to refund my purchase because they said it has been passed to many days. But it is because I have tried to fix the product key problem with BestBuy customer service agents for days. I cannot do their procedure of action immediately because I need to access the no-internet environment (it is like a customer-confidential factory). If product key cannot be used on no-internet environment, you should tell me in the first day. By the way, if product key cannot be used in no-internet environment, why you can find offline installer in the download path?

Too many unnecessary adjustments required. It needs to be simpler to use. With each revised MS OS, it just gets more and more complicated.

Didn't think I would be sitting here on a Friday night reviewing Microsoft Office Home and Student after spending the entire day using Office products on a Windows OS. It is what it is. Just get it; don't get the subscription. Who uses Publisher?

Glitched with my laptop. Tried it twice but with the same error result.

If you end up not needing it, you can't return it even if you haven't yet activated it. Also, its not that straight forward transferring it from one device to another.

It happy with the price and the terms. Paid for the yearly one then had to pay for the one time one because my husband accidentally canceled the wrong one

This Microsoft Office software is not as user friendly as I expected. I like my older version better.

The product is fine, I just didn't need it. I already had a Microsoft 365 plan that I could use on my new computer, but I was talked into buying the Office Home and Student edition. The fault lies on my shoulders because I wasn't tech savvy or smart enough to realize I didn't need it. By the time I realized that what I thought I downloaded onto the computer was actually my existing 365 plan, it was too late to return the Home & Student edition. The woman in customer service told me since I wasn't a Best Buy + person there was nothing she could do. She then told me I could give it away to someone.
