It’s okay, I can’t believe I wasted 150$ but it’s amazing with the Microsoft yearly subscription .

I purchased the office but I had to still pay a monthly fee to get e mail. I would not recommend this if you want e mail

I spent 4 hours on the phone with the microsoft help line and the guy was unable to help me. He finally put me up to level 2 on the customer assistance level. I will call back when I have the time. Very frustrating... I know the product is good as soon as microsoft figures out how to install it.

I had to return this because it didn't include Outlook. Get the Home and Business version instead to get Outlook.

Other versions do not communicate properly with 2021 and Microsoft does not help to fix the issue even when you update all versions like they recommended.

when sending to other people or using same spreadsheet it doesn't do the same as others, so I'm guessing it's a different format on new or older versions, just terrible that it is that way.

I am unsure if I actually needed this because the laptop, I purchased seemed to already have it loaded on there with the license already set up. It would have been great if someone from tech support could have helped me with this.

Bought this Home/Student version for my notebook printer. However when I installed it ti copied all my files to the cloud as if I had installed 365 Office. Now have a problem getting files back to my computer and off the could. Do not recommend purchase unless you want your files on the Cloud.

well, I didn't realize until I bought this product and was activating with my email that already had 365 account previously and that allowed me to install word, excel PowerPoint outlook and others in 5 computer. So buying this was a mistake since I already had 365 account and didn't need this. I came to realize this only when I had bought this from bestbuy and was adding the product key to my email account. It surprised me. Unfortunately, this office home/sudent was of no use to me and bestbuy customer service was not ready to cancel this purchase and do a refund. That was a bad experience. Chat with customer service to resolve this issue was not a good experience either.

Nothing special about this. The price is the same from every electronic stores. They have made this to where it can only be used once and cannot be copied. Raise the price and fatten your pocket you greedy Microsoft.

the version of Outlook that you sold me and installed is completely worthless. I have never seen anything so pathetically user not friendly. The tech person doing the install should have made me aware of this product and what my options would be. However, he gave me little attention as he was taking the walk ins during my appointment and helping the guy next to him with his customer. This needs to be resolved.

Needed to benefit from computer. I do not know about any other software to handle these operation

I am unable to use it with a mouse. Before purchasing it, my mouse worked with the laptop that I purchased at Best Buy also.

Best Buy offers Microsoft Office Home and Office in a package with the Chromebook but these two items are not compatible. So basically the package deal is useless. Best Buy will not help you to correct this issue unless you want to pay another $180 for the Geek Squad. They hid behind the it is over the return date so I cannot get my money back even though I didn’t use the subscription. The online representatives were useless and I spent over an hour on the phone to get help only to get hung up on and the representative did not call me back even though the representative asked for my contact Information.

Not the actual review of the product. I didn't need it because I was going to use it for... a chromebook. Just make sure when you buy it's for the right product.

Did not want a subscription. Happy to find this at Best Buy. Very easy to install.

I miss the good old days when with the purchase of a computer, laptop, etc, it came complete with the software. Especially with the cost of these items today they should still come with a basice software package. After all - what good is a computer if you don't have any software???

Word: Formatting is a pain in the neck. 8.0 was easier to use. Got a problem - use the web! Bought a book to use as a guide. By the time I got home, Microsoft upgraded the product and the book was useless. Excel same issues as Word. 8.0 was easier to use for formatting. I was a Beta site for the earlier versions - Lotus was better. Then came 3.0 and Excel got a lot better. By 8.0 it was fast, simple to use and intuitive. Power Point has simply not been useful for me. Using Microsoft Office 365 you have to believe the supplier was best in class for all applications - run back to the 80's - it's simply not true. One company in the multi bllion dollar range bought and installed SAP over their company at a cost >$800M. At the end they reverted to multiple systems because in the final analysis they did not need the minutia the same, they needed the summary the same. To consolidate statements etc. I can use summaries.

A complaint, the seller assured me that the calendar was included, and it does not come, I made the mistake of not paying attention and trusting the seller...
