I purchased this software and tried installing on a new Mac. It downloaded but was 'unable to activate' - I kept getting a message requiring an online subscription. So, I paid Geek Squad to install it - but the Geek Squad tech was also still 'unable to activate' the software. I've been a very loyal Buy customer for a very long time - but this experience has destroyed that relationship.

I bought this version as an alt to subscription. For a long while I used an older version and loved it. This version is somewhat harder to use. I am not a fan of the format.

There are so many basic changes, that it is taking time to get used to using this version. I do not like the default to saving everything in "The Cloud" and I still have not figured out how to organize downloads into folders.

Told Best Buy Employee and Dell Rep that we specifically needed Outlook, but didn't want hosted version. Well, Outlook is not included in this license, so had to go out and order Outlook from Microsoft. Problem though, they sell hosted/cloud version so Outlook history PST file can't be imported. So, total waste of money for both. Suggest buyer should go with web version provided by email host, and free Open Office ,if office suite is required.

I dont really like Microsoft. They are making it harder and harder. I Purchased microsoft befor and my computer uptdated and i last it. I had to repurchase it and spend more money. I dont like that i could not get it back not happy at all

It wasn't clear how to download it, and I am still trying to see if it was installed after I purchased it.

Can you resend the email for this item. I have not done any installation. I thought I was receiving a box.

Not really easy - at least for me. I'm still trying to find things that I used to use all the time with Word. Haven't yet discovered what the benefits of 365 are over Word.

Not a really great product, can not setup up Outlook not many functions... was told not give me the wrong program... return free and give me the correct one the home and business is the right choice

I find WIN 11 confusing as to where documents are being stored and I'm creating unnecessary duplicates

I was happy with the previous version. I was forced to get this because the previous version was incompatible with Windows 11.

This is the second Miscrosoft Office Program that cost me money. It works well, but the installation tells you to call a number. I had to purchase AVG for $300 to get it fully installed. Microsoft needs to prevent this from happening. I bought my other computer about 1.75 yeats ago. I had to pay then, too.

Many features I used from the PC version do not seem available on the MAC version. Many little things. But not having what is still there and being able to get into old files is priceless.

This is good for basic needs and functionality for using Word and Excel. But Outlook isn't included.

Bought new lap top due to micrrosoft issues that would not allow typing. New version did the same BUT when pick up new laptop I was lead to believe it was working fine.

This is the third office home and student software I have purchased for different computers. The other 2 were a piece of cake installing. This one is not. Been working on it for two weeks and still don’t have it all downloaded.

MS does not help you unless it’s something that they have on their problems that they have come across and dealt with. It is all on a link that they sent to you. You do not ever talk to anybody. You cannot talk to anybody. I would never buy another Microsoft product ever again. Best Buy even tried to get them to help us and they could not get to talk to anybody

I had a difficult time with getting this product to work properly. I spent 5hrs on the phone. The product set up is not an easy set up and has bugs and glitches

Microsoft are getting tighter with their Office Suite. They are pushing to 365 service which I don’t want. I no longer get Access with my software.

It isn't super easy to use. I'm very familiar with word but this version. I don't see save as anywhere and it's just not as user friendly as the older versions
