I am very disappointed in the download experience. This item is still not working. I downloaded the app but cannot sign in.

This was kind of confusing to get to work but now that it’s workin it’s great

Waste for me. I tried to get it to work, no good. I just get it in App Store. Disappointed

My old computer died. Purchased a new one. Was told by sales rep that you could not transfer my Office Home and Student to the new computer. Purchased new Office home and student 2021. Could not install new Office Home and Student. It says it installed but it is not. Believe Microsoft is looking at the old subscription and not the new.

This was a nightmare to install. After 3 hours chat with Microsoft, I am not sure that I have access to what I purchased.

This was so very hard/difficult to install, and it still does not work. I was able to download "SetupOffice.exe" but it will not install. The Best Buy support, or "Geek Squad" was no help. After being transferred to a "Geek", 2 hours later and giving control over to him over the internet, the best option he said was to take it to a store. I am disabled and in a declared disaster area here in Ca. 1 hour (or more with road work) away from a store. I will never buy any computer products from them, I wish I'd had ordered it from Apple.

I bought this because i didn't know that thw one i had would let me add another computer. The salesman told me to buy it to be safe and i could return it. Went to return it and was told i couldn't

the representative told me this included all microsoft products and this is not the case. It only has three things and now I have to pay for a whole different package making this a waste of money.

Need Microsoft office to update my resume from windows vista format

Misled by Best Buy expert that I needed this software with my new pc. Turns out I didn't, and that my existing Microsoft 365 would automatically be activated on my new pc. Now they won't give me a refund. Last time I do business with Best Buy.

I don't use all the programs but the ones I use are adequate.

Very disappointed. One example from yesterday. Translating a book. All of a sudden, all but a page, among several, blurred. Work stopped. Haven’t figured out what wrong yet. Hoping it will rebut. …micro-office..

Appreciate having something that lasts more than a year.

I'm very disappointed with Microsoft becoming money hungry. This is the only option available to avoid purchasing a yearly license. People need to speak up especially making an enterprise more wealthy. I hope another option becomes available in the market.

Every office should have in-built outlook, this doesn't.

It will get recognized by my mobile device. So it's kind of useless for me unless I'm online due to my own fault considering I bought it when I purchased my galaxy book which I later returned so now I have this feature that I paid for but I can't utilize

I requested the Home & Student but the person I spoke with gave me the version that included a invasive version with an annoying 365 continually trying to get me to change. I stated I did not want to use 365 as it was too new right now - it was given to me anyway. I wanted my plain old Windows 10 version.

I did not use it. Wsnted to teturn it to the store, but ess told to vontact Microsoft directly. They do not respond and bedt buy whetr I hsvr been buying all my electronics did not wanted to deal with me. I will buy from microcenter from now on. Best buy lost a loyal customer.

I installed this new Microsoft Office software but all I have STILL is the old one that is years old. I don't know why the new version didn't take on my computer. I'm disappointed.... I may have simply somehow installed it incorrectly in some way.
