A great value for all my Microsoft needs! No need to pay a monthly fee for your basic Microsoft software. My kids use it almost daily for homework and projects.

I have used an older version of Microsoft Office for many years. I see a few differences in this version but I am able to understand them and produce the documents I need in my home.

OneNote is a good substitute for Outlook for anyone looking at Home&Business 2021 if you don't need the Outlook desktop app. Better price here

Was able to purchase his great software to use with the mac book. The 2 together with erll for what I needed to use it for.

I do not recommend this product!!! Iwill tell you right up front what they didn't tell me- It is NON REFUNDABLE!!! I bought it in store to avoid the annual recurring charge of the 365. Then I found out that it doesn't include Outlook or any storage, so it wasn't what I needed and I would actually need the 365. So I called Microsoft directly and ordered that with every intention of returning this to Best Buy within the next couple days. Unfortunately, I got very sick and went into kidney failure and didn't get in to return it like I had planned to. I nearly went septic and died, and then I immediately got Covid thanks to my weakened immune system, so it took a few weeks for me to make it into the store to return it. They wouldn't/couldn't. To be fair, she was really nice and tried everything she could, but the computer just wouldn't. It just kept ringing it up as $0, so no refund or credit for me because she said it was beyond the 15 day return window that Best Buy allows. She suggested that I call corporate as they have much more capabilities than she does at the local store level. I did. I spoke to 2 people there plus a supervisor, who couldn't help me either and ultimately told me that these are not refundable/returnable EVER. It wasn't that I was outside of their window - it's that they dont refund them EVER. So if you buy it and find out that it isn't what you wanted or if you buy it and give it as a gift and it's the wrong thing, then you are just out $150, even if the code was never redeemed. And they see that the code was never redeemed, meaning THEY KNOW YOU NEVER USED IT. You are just out $150. If I had known this, I would NEVER have bought it. They should tell you that when you buy it or label it on the display. I have now given Best Buy $150 and they won't do anything to make it right, despite being a long time customer. They know this because I have a credit card with them where I have bought a fridge, a stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, so many tvs I can't even count.. I've spent thousands on electrics. They could've given me a gift card for the $150 I am out after hearing that I almost died and lost my job, but no. And I know that they don't have to - they don't owe me anything because I was sick, but they should make it right that they are seeking a non- refundable item and not telling people. That's what's wrong.

I am not sure how it works but I hate it because it’s always asking for a login. I wanted a desktop version of the programs not the online or cloud based version.

I gave it one star, only because I could not enter a "0". In early March of this year, I purchased Office for Mac in order to convert and edit a novel that I had written on Pages, but needed to be converted to Word or PDF format in order to publish it. IT DOES NOT WORK!!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IF YOU HAVE A MACBOOK!!! The issue is that the spelling and grammar function frequently mis-identifies words as being either French, Italian, or another language other than English. Neither the Geek Squad or Microsoft tech support could resolve the issue, and stated that it is a defective program, and that Best Buy should contact Microsoft so that I could receive a refund. Best Buy has refused to co-operate, and I am stuck for $149.00! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IF YOU HAVE A MAC!
