Was very disappointed with the help I got at the store.I told them what I wanted, and they gave me a piece of cardboard and the clerk said just take this to the cash register. Nobody explained anything to me. Was very confused.

Where is it Can't find an icon for it. Need to crete a new spreadsheet and could NOT DO IT

Extremely upset. I habe multiple purchases associated with my account and it is not letting me download. It insists on using a 365 license or 2019 license.

item purchase Microsoft 365 life at Best Buy we werent able to validate this product - had to cancell it.

I’m upset because the salesperson told me this included Outlook. It doesn’t. When I tried to return it I was not able to and therefore lost $109.99. Am not happy with that.

I have downloaded so much software over the years. This would not work on my MacBook. It actually said it couldn’t download via macOS. I completely wasted $120. And since it was digital they won’t give me a refund. And I don’t even need any of the programs in it. Seriously, you don’t need this for your Mac. Your Mac already does it all or use the Google Drive.

I cannot truly review this product because I was not able to use it. I bought it to load to a new Chromebook that I bought for my grandson, but unfortunately Chromebook does not support Microsoft Office. The worst thing is that I could not get a refund from Best Buy because they said they do not offer refunds on Microsoft Office. I just lost $150.00. I already have MO installed on all of my other computers so my money is just gone.

You changed it too much. Many old useful items are no longer available. Annoying features!

Be aware that when you purchase this product you may not be able to ever get it. Redeem product just brings you to a page not found page. Logging in to Microsoft just wants you to subscribe to MS Office 365. Very frustrating and seems I just lost $149.00

The learning curve is so high I really haven’t used it. I’m trying to get familiar with AI, but so far I’m hitting a brick wall.

Although I like Microsoft, I was very disappointed this go round. It was nor compatible to the Samsung Galaxy Tablet as S6 Lite.

I feel like The geek squad did not respect my privacy and is still on my computer after item slowed down my computer then I got offers from Best buy on how to speed up my computer suspicious lawsuits against Best buy are concerning

DO NOT PURCHASE! The free 90 day support is chat/email only. If you have a previous version installed, ie you are upgrading you will have to delete the current program/license before installation. Microsoft will not do it remotely, I had to deal with and hour & 20 minute chat AFTER BEING ON HOLD FOR 47 MINUTES!!!

I bought a laptop in store. I also purchased the Microsoft Home & Student. When setting up the laptop, I activated the Microsoft Home and Student. I ended up returning the laptop via UPS because I decided I would rather a Chromebook instead. I have called and called to see if i can be refunded for the Microsoft Home and Student being that i can no longer use it because i returned the laptop that it was installed on. I keep getting transferred on the phone over and over. Complete Run-around. You can only activate the Microsoft Home and Student Once. So, from the looks of it I paid $150 for something I cant even use.

I'm disappointed and NOT impressed with the updated changes MS made to the Word and Excel programs. Not too many other choices on the market to choose from.

So far I've spoken 6 six support advisors. I've been on the phone 90 minutes. For 3 days each has promised to send me the email with the link to download the program I've paid for. Two just hung up while promising to get me to "the right person". You will not get the software you paid for and Total Tech can't/won't help.

The price is okay and it will give the option to renew each year. It’s a great program however I wish it would come with the computer like it used to.

The title says it all. You dont really get anything different. Its always the same stuff for the unreasonably high price.

Don't really use, was told I needed it. Not computer savvy so why is it required. Then have to replace to frequently.
